So group is chopping off GL rings.  We don’t know why yet. The other mystery seems to have been resolved.  The are stealing natural resources from planets.  Water sources, and exhaled vapor.  What they are using it for we don’t know yet either.

Also, how can these people fight against a whole corp of GLs?  They don’t seem to have rings, but they use some kind of will too.

The art is nice.  The alien cities have lots of detail and the alien creatures look very alien.  But I do have to say, that the colorist on this book has the easiest job in comics.  Lots of Green.  More green.  Green background.  Green light sprays.  And then a little black.
