So when Kyle get into trouble he runs home to the Guardians.  Yeah, they will help him.  They will save him.  Except in all the GL stories I’ve read, they don’t really do that.

The nasty little cosmic smurfs are beaurocratic thugs. They hide behind their organization and make life hard on the GLs that actually get things done.  And in this issue they look a bit crazed.  Well I guess next issue they will get rainbow wup-ass.

The art is still quite good.  The scene where Kyle is at the bottom of the hole looking up is a nice shot.  And Kyle taking flight with the city below is well rendered.  And the city on OA is well drawn and alien.  I guess he has knack for architecture.
