This issue Supergirl meets Superman.  I like the set up.  She was just a teen age girl back home who remembers Kal as a baby boy, so of course this cannot be him.  I’m not sure how she got her powers so fast, but it did make for an interesting discovery.  Seeing the veins in Superman’s face, then the muscle, then the skull.  The progression showed how her powers were getting worse.

I think I like the out of control Supergirl better than the character I think we are destined to get.  I liked how she punched Superman through several sections of the great wall of China.

I don’t think I’m a fan of the art.  Sometimes when he draws the characters straight on they good, but there are many times when they seem way to angular.  All sharp chins and elbows that look like daggers.
