It can only be activated once\, but its cost is reduced by the creature’s mana cost if it entered the battlefield that turn.\nTeamwork: Found on instants and sorceries. As an additional cost to cast\, you can tap creatures with a total power equal to or greater than the teamwork number to gain extra effects.\nPlans: Special enchantments that accumulate “plan counters” over time. Once you reach a certain threshold\, the enchantment is sacrificed for a massive benefit.\nConnive: A returning mechanic where a creature allows you to draw a card and discard a card. If you discard a non-land card\, the creature gets a +1/+1 counter.\n\nCommander Decks \nIf you want to jump right into playing pre-built decks\, the set offers four distinct Commander themes\, each led by an iconic Marvel figure: \n\nFantastic Four (Mister Fantastic): A 4-color deck that uses each member of Marvel’s First Family.\nCaptain America\, Team Leader: A mono-white deck centered around assembling a large squad of “Hero” creatures and buffing your team.\nDoctor Doom\, King of Latveria: A villain-focused deck that revolves around discarding mechanics and slowly draining your opponents’ life.\nT’Challa\, the Black Panther: A deck focused on artifacts\, specifically vibranium.\n\nFor an in-depth review of how these commanders and the draft format work: \n  \nHow the Magic System Works \nBecause they are in MTG\, Marvel heroes and villains rely on Lands and Mana to cast their abilities. The five core colors in MTG—White\, Blue\, Black\, Red\, and Green—dictate how a hero acts or how a villain schemes: \n\nWhite: Represents order and protection\, which perfectly fits Captain America.\nBlue: Represents planning and intellect\, which is assigned to Mister Fantastic.\nBlack: Represents ambition and power at any cost\, frequently assigned to villains like Doctor Doom.\nRed: Represents raw emotion\, speed\, and impulse (e.g.\, Human Torch).\nGreen: Represents growth and brute strength\n\n
