It can be an operative or commander but must be a unit with force upgrades (No Arfs). From Order 66 to the duel on Mustafar. Very similar to the special event we held last year for Phantom Menace. \nDue to the special nature of this event we will be capping the player amount at 16. But if there is enough interest we will build more tables to accommodate more people. \nArmy building for this event will be a 1000 point list but there will be no battle forces allowed for this event. As some of the battle force’s special mechanics unbalance some of the special table rules. What table you will be at will be random each time so your army should be prepared for any of the tables and their special conditions. From altering terrain to possible duels of the fates. \nAll lists MUST contain 1 Force user. It can be an operative or commander but must be a unit with force upgrades (No Arfs). As a force user is used on many of the map for missions and support. \nCommander 1-3\nOperative 1-3\nCore 2-6\nSpecial Forces 0-3\nSupport 0-3\nHeavy 0-1 \nOnly command cards are needed to be picked\, no need to pick any Objectives\, Secondary’s or Advantages are needed as each mission and condition is unique to each table. \nDue to the importance of the role he played\, Emperor Palpatine And Imperial Royal Guards are allowed to be played at the event. \nHaving units that were in the movie itself gain special bonuses depending on the table you are at. Don’t worry Rebels still have RD-D2\, Chewie and Ahsoka have special rules depending on their table. \n  \nSummaries of the tables will be given closer to the event along with some hints of what the table’s rules can. There are many platforms that will cause very unorthodox combat and even closer than some armies would prefer. But the unexpected activation of ray shields might change someone’s movement or force two units to fight. This table will have many height differences and platforms with the mission being fighting heroes and killing them for points. \nPod Racing: Start your engines\, as you must compete against your opponent to move your pod racer through the track as fast as possible and make it to the finish line. But watch out as the other pod racers might get in your path to stop you from victory. This is a canyon based table where you will move your podracer around the track to finish the course before your opponent. \nThe Senate Floor: I love democracy\, as the true fighting is fought in the senate. Have your voice be heard as you have representatives speak their mind and “vote’ on current matters that can impact your game AND other games around you. Units with a political background will have a bigger impact here. This table will have many key locations that will control who gets to vote on the issues at the end of the round and whoever controls the chancellor’s seat in the center has the emergency powers to control the game. \nGreat Grass Plains: The battle has been brought to Theed. Fight in open warfare. The defenders have a mighty Famba that creates a shield that protects your units but the attackers’ mighty onslaught will keep coming. Who will hold out longer? This table is an attack and defend style mission where each side will have advantage to gain the upper hand on the battlefield as they fight to the death. \nNaboo Swamps: Trek through the swamps of Naboo after just landing on the planet. Find your forces and quickly get your bearings as the swamp is unforgiving. Some humble servants might be found in these swamps to assist you as a guide but the terrain itself is very rough.” This table has many terrain aspects that will affect units that are unprepared for the harsh environment. If they units can regroup and await a signal from command they will be able to win the day. \n

DESCRIPTION:Star Legion March Madness Skirmish \nSunday March 26th.  11am \n  \nHi all\, for this event we will be running a skirmish points size of 500 pts. & a 3’x3′ battlefield. Normal skirmish rules will apply with the following exceptions. \n1) Units cannot perform the same action twice – including\nthe Move action. However we will borrow from the beta special operations rules and add a new action:\nDash. When a unit makes a Dash action\, it may make a speed-1 move. This action will be considered a standard move action. \n2) Rather than using the skirmish battle cards to determine objective\, deployment & condtions; we will be playing missions from the special operations beta rules:\nhttps://www.atomicmassgames.com/…/Star-Wars-Legion… \nSpecifically we will either play “Bring Down The Shields” or “The Codes!”\, throughout the event. Per the mission rules matches are only 4 rounds.
