Creating a Team
How: The game of Blood Bowl is played by pros far and wide! Also playing, are these guys!
Your roster must contain at least 7 players, and may contain no more than 11 rostered players.
You may have up to 4 players that are not linemen on your roster. A lineman is any player that
has the 0-12 or 0-16 number of that player allowed to be taken. Any inducements or rerolls
must also be made up from the team budget. Rerolls cost double what they normally would
cost (if your rerolls are listed for 60k, they will cost you 120k, each). Assistant Coaches cost 20
and are 0-3, Cheerleaders cost 20k and are 0-6. Apothecaries may be hired by eligible teams
for 80k.
How Much: Teams will be given a budget of 600,000 gold pieces to build their team.
Inducements: The following inducements are available to be rostered:
- 0-3 Bribes: 100k (50k for teams with the ‘Bribery and Corruption’ special rule).
- 0-2 Bloodweiser Kegs – 50k
- 0-1 Halfling Master Chef: 300k (100k for ‘Halfling Thimble Cup’ teams).
- 0-1 Mortuary Assistant – 100k (only available to ‘Sylvanian Spotlight’ teams).
- 0-1 Plague Doctor – 100k (only available to ‘Favoured of Nurgle’ teams).
Star Players: Blood Bowl 7’s are not the level of teams that can attract a Star Player to play for
them, so you may not hire them for this tournament. They would not be caught dead (or
undead) anywhere near your roster.
When: Final team rosters will be due Friday, March 16 for pre-registering teams, and at the
tournament for all others. Please bring at least 3 copies of your roster to the event.
