SoCal Gridlock Gauntlet ‘25 Winter Wonderland #1: Holiday Havoc

Date: SATURDAY, December 27, 2024 AT 10 AM – 7 PM

Location: Comic Quest at 23811 Bridger Unit 111, Lake Forest, CA 92630

Format: The 1st of 3 tournaments in the SoCal Gridlock Gauntlet ‘25 series of tournaments! This year’s theme is Winter Wonderland, and will be held between December 27-29th in Southern California.

Ruleset: This tournament will be played with 2020 rules.
Team Draft Budget: 1,150,000 gold
Team Selection: All Blood Bowl 2020 rule books and supplements including Slann are usable excluding any forms of mercenaries, other than giants.
Tools of the Trade: Models, Roster, Dice, Rulebook, Pitch and Dugouts.
Registration: To register email bloodbowlcouplescup@gmail.com.
Cost: $30. $5 off if you pre-register (by December 24th). If you pre-register for all 3 of Winter Wonderland events, you will receive $5 each of the tournaments, for a savings of $15. You may pay ahead of time or on the day of the tournament. Both discounts stack.

**You do NOT have to play in all 3 events. You may play in 1 or 2 or 3. Your choice. 

Special Rules
-All Coaches will be given a special present.
-Highlander rule is in effect (if both coaches take the same star player(s), that player plays for neither team, and instead, pockets the money and skips town).

A 3-day tournament series held in 3 different Southern California locations. Attend one, two, or all 3 tournaments! Each has it’s own rules, results, and standings. There will also be an overall standings winner! The first stop along this path to glory is Holiday Havoc!

SCHEDULE:
09:30 – 10:00 Registration and Setup
10:15 – 12:40 Round 1
12:40 – 01:10 Lunch
01:10 – 03:40 Round 2
03:45 – 06:10 Round 3
06:15 – 06:30 Score Tally and Award Ceremony
Rounds have been given a slightly extended time, and times will be strictly enforced. Probably.
