Not an actual RTT, just that it will be 3 rounds like an RTT.
The smaller point size of starting armies will make the games much faster than a normal RTT, and with smaller boards more games can be going. Also, it will be using the path to glory rules rather than matched play / tournament pack rules (unless someone decides otherwise)
